Lesson Overview: This series of lessons comes from the grade 11 physics curriculum as part of the website I was required to make for my STEM course at University of Western Ontario. There are five lessons to this unit, each of which have a lesson plan and accompanying student notes. Each of the student notes include space for definitions as well as examples then terminates with practice problems that cover the days topic. The topics include Energy and Work, Kinetic and Potential Energy, Conservation of Energy then a review class, quiz and unit project. Some of the activities used in this unit include videos, science journals, a roller-coaster gizmo, a post-it note review and even a game of "Work Charades".
